The ground rules for using Erasly. Read them carefully.
Erasly is a connection platform for students going on Erasmus mobility. These Terms govern the use of the service by every registered user.
Access to Erasly is restricted to people aged 17 or over, enrolled in (or about to enrol in) a higher-education institution. By signing up, you declare that you are at least 17 years old. Erasly reserves the right to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.

Any breach may result in suspension or permanent deletion of your account.
You remain the owner of the content you publish (bio, reviews, messages, photos). By publishing it on Erasly, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the service.
You warrant that you hold the rights to the published content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Erasly is a connection service. We are not liable for:

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these Terms.
We may change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or through the service.
Erasly is an independent service operated by GEOSECURITY (GS). Erasly is in no way affiliated with, associated with, authorised, endorsed, sponsored or officially connected to the Erasmus+ programme, the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), the European Commission, or any institution, body or agency of the European Union. Erasmus® and Erasmus+® are trademarks of the European Union. Any reference to "Erasmus" on this site is purely descriptive and intended only to designate the audience of international-mobility students, without suggesting any official link.
These Terms are governed by French law.
Professional users. Any dispute with a user acting in a professional capacity falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the publisher (Tours, France), even in the case of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
Consumers. In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may resort, free of charge, to consumer mediation. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The statutory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers remain fully preserved.
