Is Erasly free?+
Yes. The platform is 100% free, no premium tier or card required. We aim for a wide community, not per-user revenue.
How do I know a profile is genuine?+
Students who sign up with a university email get a verified badge. You can also report any suspicious profile in one click.
What do you do with my data?+
Your data stays on Erasly. We never sell it. You can delete your account (and all your data) at any time from the settings.
Is the app available in my language?+
Erasly is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese. Everyone uses the platform in their language.
What happens once my Erasmus is over?+
Keep your account to help future Erasmus students with reviews, or delete it in two clicks. Up to you.
